How EuroMillions works
Draws are on Tuesday and Friday evenings across the participating European countries. The jackpot is capped at 250 million euros, and once it reaches the cap it can hold there for a limited run of draws while the excess flows down to the next tier, which has produced some of the largest second tier prizes in lottery history.
